Where Mexico's wild beauty meets a new definition of luxury.
On the untouched Pacific coast of Riviera Nayarit, Naukā rises where volcanic cliffs, tropical jungle, and the calmest stretch of ocean converge. Developed by LIFE Properties International under the leadership of Jaime Fasja (Thor Urbana Capital) and Mark Birnbaum (Catch Hospitality Group), Naukā spans over 920 acres with nearly five miles of coastline — yet more than 90% of the terrain remains untouched.
The name "Naukā" means "four" in the local Wixárika language, honoring the four distinct environments that define the property: ocean, estuary, volcano, and jungle. A new highway has cut travel time from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) to just 45 minutes.
Siari, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve — one of only eight in the world — opened in November 2025 as the community's anchor, with a Tom Fazio championship golf course, a 250-slip marina, and a jungle wellness sanctuary completing the vision.

Ocean
Nearly three miles of swimmable beach with the calmest stretch of Pacific water on the Riviera Nayarit. Volcanic cliffs and the marina create a naturally private shoreline — something nearly impossible to find in Mexico.

Estuary
A rich mangrove ecosystem where freshwater meets the Pacific. The estuary is home to diverse birdlife and serves as a natural boundary between the golf course and the jungle interior.

Volcano
An inactive volcano rises at the heart of the property, creating dramatic elevation changes and panoramic views across all four environments. The volcanic terrain shapes the golf course's most memorable holes.

Jungle
Dense tropical jungle covers the interior, home to centuries-old Papalillo and Ingera trees that the development was designed around — never removed. The wellness sanctuary and Siari itself are tucked within the canopy.

The 18-hole Naukā Golf Club winds through all four environments — from the flatlands to the mountains, down through the estuary, across a bridge to three holes on the beach alongside the jungle, and back through the canopy. Construction paused six months to protect turtle nesting season. The course is irrigated entirely with treated water.
